认知功能在精神分裂症及双相障碍患者健康亲属的比较研究

摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症、双相障碍患者健康亲属间的认知功能情况。方法纳入精神分裂症及双相障碍患者健康亲属组、正常对照组各30例。采用数字符号、数字广度、图形视觉再生、连线测验进行认知功能评估。结果数字符号、图形视觉再生测验,精神分裂症及双相障碍患者健康亲属组比正常对照组差,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且精神分裂症患者健康亲属组有明显的损害(P<0.01)。结论精神分裂症、双相障碍健康亲属均存在认知功能缺陷,其中以精神分裂症患者健康亲属的认知功能损害更为严重。Objective To exam the cognitive function in the healthy relatives of patients with schizophrenic and bipolar disorder.Methods Cognitive function were studied in 30 healthy relatives of patients with schizophrenic and bipolar disorder and 30 normal controls using digital symbol,digital span,visual reproduction,trail marking test A（TMT-A） and trail marking test B（TMT-B）.Results Compare with healthy individuals,both healthy relatives of patients of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder showed impairment in digital span,digital span,visual reproduction.Conclusion Both of the healthy relatives of patients with schizophrenic and bipolar disorder had deficits in cognitive.And the healthy relatives schizophrenic were worse.
