摘　　要：According to the 2011 annual report of China National Offshore Oil Corp. （CNOOC）, China＇s largest offshore oil producer, all executive directors of the board in CNOOC voluntarily gave up their salary, subsidy, welfare and annual performance bonus, as did three independent non-executive directors.
