摘 要:EMI滤波器是抑制干扰的有效手段之一,全集成EMI滤波器在性能和体积方面均具有明显的优势。基于柔性多层带材,设计了应用于3kW场合的全集成EMI滤波器。文章详细介绍滤波器的集成原理,并提出了集成结构的设计流程和参数的计算方法。实验结果表明,在中、大功率场合,和分立滤波器相比,全集成EMI滤波器性能更好、体积更小。EMI filter is an effective mean of interference suppression. The completely-integrated EMI filter has a distinct advantage in both performance and size. Based on the flexible multi-layer foil, a completely-integrated EMI filter which applied in 3kW occasion was designed. The integrated principle of the filter was introduced in detail. Then the design process and the computational methods of design parameters for the integrated structure were proposed. The experimental results show that the completely-integrated EMI filter has a better performance and smaller size compared to discrete filter in medium and high power occasions.
