阿立哌唑对难治性抑郁症的增效作用观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨小剂量阿立哌唑联合米氮平治疗难治性抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法:将46例难治性抑郁症患者随机分为单用组23例,单用米氨平15～45 mg/d;合用组23例,同时服用阿立哌唑10～20 mg/d,疗程均6周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表和治疗中出现的症状量表于治疗前及治疗1、2、4、6周评定疗效及不良反应。结果:合用组治疗第4周,疗效优于单用组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应多较轻微。结论:米氮平合用小剂量阿立哌唑治疗难治性抑郁症可提高疗效,安全性好。Objective：To explore the efficacy and safety of small-dose aripiprazole combined with mirtazapine in the treatment of treatment-resistant depression.Methods：Forty-six patients with treatment-resistant depression were randomly divided into combined group（treated with aripiprazole plus mirtazapine）and single group（treated with mirtazapine alone）,23 cases in each group,period of treatment was 6 weeks.Hamilton depression scale and treatment emergent symptom scale were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy and adverse effects before treatment and at the end of 1st,2nd,4th and 6th week treatment.Results：The therapeutic efficacy of aripiprazole combined with mirtazapine was significantly better than that of mirtazapine group after 4 weeks treatment（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in adverse events between the two groups.Conclusions：Small-dose aripiprazole combined with mirtazapine can augment the efficacy in the treatment of treatment-resistant depression and has a better safety.
