摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺错构瘤的病理特点并分析其临床特征。方法:对25例乳腺错构瘤的病理切片做常规及免疫组织化学染色,并对其临床和病理学特征进行分析。结果:乳腺错构瘤发病年龄18～51岁,均为女性;左侧乳腺14例,右侧乳腺11例,均单发;多为无痛性肿块,肿块有完整的包膜,组织学由纤维、脂肪及乳腺导管和小叶以不同比例混合构成。结论:乳腺错构瘤是一种比较少见的特殊类型的乳腺良性肿瘤,临床表现无特异性,术前及术后易引起误诊,手术切除预后良好。Objective：To investigate the clinical and pathological characteristics of the mammary hamartoma.Methods：The pathological sections of 25 cases of mammary hamartoma were stained ordinarily and immunohistochemically.Their clinical and pathological features were analyzed retrospectively.Results：All the patients were female and their ages ranged from 18 to 51.Fourteen tumors were located in the left breast and 11 in the right.Most of the tumors were aponia local masses with well-defined borders.The tumor histologically consisted of ducts,lobules,fibrous stroma and adipose tissues.Conclusions：The mammary hamartoma is a special type benign tumor which is rarely seen and difficult to diagnose before and after surgery for the absence of specific clinical manifestations.The prognosis is usually satisfactory.
