摘 要:目的探讨“项目-导师制”在寄生虫学实验教学中的应用效果。方法采用“项目一导师制”和传统的实验教学方法分别对2008级学生实验组和对照组进行寄生虫学实验教学,以问卷调查了解实验教学效果,以试卷测试学生实验成绩,并将两种方法进行回顾性和对比分析。结果实验组实验教学效果不满意、满意、很满意率分别为0(0/90)、15.56%(14/90)、84.44%(76/90),与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);实验组考试成绩不及格、及格、良好、优秀率分别为0(0/90)、14.44%(13/90)、51.11%(46/90)、34.44%(31/90),与对照组1.67%(1/90)、38.33%(23/90)、53.33%(32/90)、6.67%(4/90)相比,差异有显著性(P〈0.01)。结论“项目-导师制”实验教学方法增强了人体寄生虫学的实验教学效果,使学生能够快速掌握人体寄生虫学的实验操作技能,考试成绩大幅提高,具有较好的应用价值。Objective To explore the teaching effect of ' system of project and tutor' on experiment teaching of Human Parasitology. Methods The methods of system of project and tutor' and the traditional teaching were applied to experiment teaching of human parasitology for grade 2008 students who were divided into experiment and control groups: The teaching effect of experiment was investigated by questionnaire. The achievement was tested by paper examination. Then the two methods were taken by retrospective analysis and contrastive analysis in experimental and control groups. Results The rates of dissatisfaction, satisfaction and very satisfaction for teaching effect of ' system of project and tutor' were 0 ( 0/90 ), 15.56% ( 14/90 ), 84.44% (76/90) which were higher than those in control group 1.67% (1/90), 38.33% (23/90), 53.33% (32/90), 6.67% (4/90) significantly (P 〈0. 01 ) . The rates of fail, pass, good and excellent in synthetic examination were 0(0/90), 14.44% ( 13/90), 51.11% (46/90), 34.44% (31/90). Which were higher than those in the control group significantly (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions The method of system of project and tutor' can not only improve experiment teaching effect of human parasitology , but also enhance experimental technique and examination achievement. Therefore it has high application value.
