冷侧方加压法与热牙胶充填法的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:通过临床疗效的观察,比较冷牙胶侧方加压充填法、热牙胶垂直加压充填法在根管充填后的疼痛发生情况,对根管充填术后的根充效果进行评价。方法:A、B两组病例分别用冷牙胶侧方加压法与热牙胶垂直加压法进行根管充填,记录两种根管充填技术在临床中的操作时间、术后X线片评价及术后疼痛反应,并进行比较。结果:临床观察发现,在操作时间上,A组与B组之间具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在充填质量、术后疼痛反应间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:热牙胶垂直加压充填技术在操作时间上优于冷牙胶侧方加压技术,临床上通过正规、无菌操作,后者同样能达到良好的充填效果。Objective：To compare traditional cold gutta-percha lateral condensation technique with heat gutta-percha vertical condensation technique in the post-obturation pain and to evaluate effectiveness of the post-obturation.Methods： A group treated with cold gutta-percha lateral condensation technique and B group treated with heat gutta-percha vertical condensation technique of obturation.The clinical operation time,the post-obturation X-ray and the post-obturation pain reaction were compared between the two groups.Results：A group had a significant difference in operating time（P0.05） compared with B group,while in the postoperative pain response and filling quality,there was no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The heat gutta-percha vertical condensation technique costs less time than cold gutta-percha lateral condensation technique.Through formal clinical,sterile operation,cold lateral condensation technique is also able to achieve good filling.
