摘 要:利用三羧乙基膦(TCEP)和亚硫酸氢钠溶解羊毛制备羊毛角蛋白溶液;采用羊毛角蛋白液涂覆处理涤纶,改善涤纶的亲水性,结果表明:采用体积分数为10%的羊毛角蛋白液涂覆处理涤纶织物,织物平均增重率大于9%,织物的回潮率由0.57%提高到7.16%.吸湿性明显改善;采用TG酶交联角蛋白液涂覆处理织物,可改善其耐洗性;TC酶交联角蛋白的最佳工艺为:TG酶用量1 g,交联时间5 h,交联液pH值为7;经扫描电镜观察和X射线光电子能谱分析。Wool keratin solution was prepared by dissolving wool in presence of tris(2-carboxyethyl) phosphine(TCEP) and sodium bisulfite.Polyester fiber was coated with keratin solution in order to improve the hydrophilicity of the fiber.The results showed that after coating with 10%wool keratin solution by volume fraction,the polyester fabric had the average weight gain above 9%,the moisture regain increasing from 0.57%to 7.16%and the hydrophilicity profoundly improved;the washing resistance of the fabric can be improved by coating with TG enzyme-crosslinked keratin solution;and the optimal crosslinking process of keratin solution with TG enzyme was:TG enzyme dosage 1 g,crosslinking time 5 h,crosslinking solution pH value of 7.Observed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectrometry,wool keratin showed an excellent adhesion on the surface of polyester fiber.
