摘  要:目的:近红外光谱(NIRS)技术应用于激光间质热疗大鼠胶质瘤术中实时监测,观察术中NIRS参数变化规律,探讨利用NIRS对胶质瘤激光间质热疗进行实时监测的可行性。方法:将传代培养的C6胶质瘤细胞接种于大鼠左前腋皮下,建立荷瘤大鼠模型,肿瘤生长至直径1~1.5 cm时,在不同时间、功率下对大鼠荷瘤进行808 nm激光间质热疗,观察并记录激光间质热疗时瘤组织的NIRS参数,尤其是优化散射系数(μ's)的变化情况。结果:不同时间、功率下NIRS变化显著。结论:利用NIRS实时活体在位监测激光间质热疗大鼠胶质瘤是可行的。Objective:To explore the feasibility of using near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS) technology to monitor real-time in laser interstitial thermotherapy for rats with glioma and to observe the process of changes in the optical parameters.Methods:Injecting C6 glioma cells into the left upper limb subcutaneous tissue of rats to establish animal models,when tumor become 1-1.5 cm;Using 808 nm laser irradiate glioma with NIRS monitoring in different time and power;the changes of optical parameters,the reduced scattering coefficient in particular,were observed and recorded by glioma tissue spectroscopy.Results:NIRS changed evidently under different time and power.Conclusion:Real-time use of NIRS technology in laser interstitial thermotherapy for rats with glioma is feasible.
