摘 要:目的:探讨综合呼吸功能训练在肺癌患者术后康复中的效果。方法:选取50例肺癌手术患者,随机分为对照组和实验组各25例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组在此基础应用综合呼吸功能训练,比较两组患者术后肺部并发症发生率、胸管留置时间、引流量、术后住院日。结果:实验组术后肺部并发症发生率、胸管留置时间、引流量及术后住院日与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合呼吸功能训练能减少并发症,缩短住院时间,促进肺癌患者术后康复,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To probe into the influence of systematic respiratory function training methods on the rehabilitation effect of pulmonary cancer patients after operation.Methods:A total of 50 lung cancer patients were selected and divided into control and test group randomly.Routine care was given by nurses to the control group.Besides routine care,patients in test group were added systematic respiratory function training.Postoperative pulmonary complications,chest tube retention time and the volume of drainage,hospitalization days after operation in the two groups were compared.Results:There were significantly statistical differences in the rates of pulmonary complication occurrence,hospitalization days after operation,chest tube retention time and the volume of drainage in two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:The systematic respiratory function training can decrease complication occurrence,reduce hospitalization time and effectively improve rehabilitation effect of pulmonary cancer patients after operation.And the systematic respiratory function training is worth using and spreading in clinical.
