摘 要:比较了红豆、绿豆、豌豆的芽菜在播种期、出苗期、齐苗子叶期喷施500mg/L的赤霉素(GA3)对其生长发育的影响。结果表明:影响最显著的阶段均是齐苗子叶期,处理后红豆、绿豆、豌豆3种芽菜的茎长分别是对照的1.37、1.18、1.20倍,产量分别是对照的1.62、1.13、1.16倍,赤霉素能明显促进芽菜的茎长与产量增加,对茎粗效果不明显;其它阶段喷施效果不佳。With red beans,green beans,peas three beans shoot food as test material,at the seedling stage,seeding stage,cotyledon stage,spraying 500 mg/L of GA3,the influence of GA3 on the growth and development were studied.The results showed that the most significant influence stage was cotyledon stage,stem length were 1.37,1.18,1.20 times and production were 1.62,1.13,1.16 times after treatment compared with control,and could significantly promote stem length and yields,the effect was not obvious to stem diameter;Two other stage,spraying not as effective as water test(CK).
