摘 要:目的 探讨种植体表面不同处理对实验性种植体周围炎发展的影响.方法 BLB种植体Ⅲ代及Ⅲ代未添加表面涂层种植体(标记为C型)各16枚,随机各选1枚即刻植入Beagle犬双侧第2,3前磨牙拔牙窝内,采用自身对照选择一侧为实验侧(Ⅰ),另一侧为对照侧(Ⅱ).3个月后,将动物Ⅰ侧种植体用浸泡过牙龈卟啉单胞菌菌液的丝线结扎构建种植体周围炎,对照侧不绑线(基线).定期测量种植体周探诊深度(PPD),并行X线观察,测量骨丧失程度.结果 基线期后2周,两组种植体临床指标检测未见明显差别,基线期后4周PPD值比较,Ⅲ代种植体大于C型种植体,但差异无显著性(P〉0.05),X线观察种植体周呈现凹形骨吸收;基线期后6周,种植体周牙龈部分退缩,PPD值有所降低,X线测量骨丧失程度Ⅲ代种植体亦较高,但均无统计学意义(P〉0.05).结论 BLBⅢ代种植体可能由于表面涂层处理导致粗糙度增大,较C型种植体更容易促进实验性种植体周围炎的发生发展.Objective To investigate the effect of BI.B dental implants on tile progression of experimental peri-implantitis. Methods BLB m and C type implants,with each group 16,were randomly implanted into tile extraction fosses of the bilateral ,nandihular premolar areas of six Beagles. C type implants were in the same structure with BLB m implants,but without surface coating. One side was randomly selected as experiment group( Ⅰ) ,and the other side as control group( Ⅱ). Three months later( base line} , peri-implantitis was induced by bounding the cothm sutnres infihrated with P. gingivalis ATCC 33277 around the implants necks in experimental side. Pert-implant prohing depth (PPD) and radiographies were assessed at two weeks intervals. Results Two weeks after binding threads,soft tissue inflammation was distinctly observed,but no significant statistic difference was found between different kind implants (P 〉 0.05 ). Another 2 weeks later, more sever PPD was found around all the implants , bone loss was found around the neck of implants. Crater-like bone loss was found around the implants by radiographic examination at 6 weeks after binding threads, and PPD of BLB Ⅲ implants was worse than that of C type implams. However, because of tile gum hack down,no significant difference was found (P 〉 0. 05). Vertical hone loss showed that BLB m performed worse than C type implants ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Due to the higher coating roughness, BLB m implants promote the emergence and development of experimental peri-implantitis more distinct than C type implants.
