慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液中白介素-17表达水平的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 比较慢性牙周炎患者和牙周健康者龈沟液中白介素-17（IL-17）表达水平的差异及慢性牙周炎患者基础治疗前后表达水平的变化.方法 选择20例慢性牙周炎患者和12例健康志愿者,共64颗牙,记录牙周检查指标,用滤纸条法收集龈沟液,采用抗体夹心ELISA法测定慢性牙周炎患者治疗前、治疗后6周与健康对照组龈沟液中IL-17总量及浓度.结果 慢性牙周炎患牙治疗前龈沟液中IL-17的总量和浓度高于健康组（P〈0.05）,基础治疗6周后慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液中IL-17的总量和浓度较治疗前下降（P〈0.05）.结论 白介素-17参与了慢性牙周炎的进展过程,具有促炎作用.Objective To explore the levels of imerleukin-17 in gingiwd crevieulaffluid（GCF） samples from chronic periodontitis. With health controls,exploring the change py. Methods GCF samples were collected in 40 sites from 20 patie therapy and in 24 siles fronl 12 healthy controls, GCF was eol leeled u dices were recorded,ELISA was performed to determine the amount of interleukin-17 before and after periodontal thera- nls at baseline and 6 weeks after periodontal initial sing a paper strip, after sampling, the periodontal inof IL-17. Results The total amount and concentration of cytokine IL-17 was significantly higher in the periodontitis group than the control group（ P 〈0.05） ,the levels of IL-17 with inilial therapy after 6 weeks was decreased（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion IL-17 may play an important role in the initiatiun or maintenance of lhe pro-intlammalury .
