摘 要:2011年1~10月对阿哈水库浮游植物数量及其环境因子进行监测,并运用相关分析和灰色关联分析对浮游植物数量与环境因子的关系进行研究。相关分析结果显示,浮游植物数量与SD呈极显著负相关(P<0.01);与pH、DO、NH3-N呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与其他环境因子相关性不显著。灰色关联分析结果表明,不同季节对浮游植物数量产生影响的主要相关因子并不相同,春季为NH3-N、水温和pH;夏季为NH3-N、SD和DO;秋季为DO、pH和NH3-N;冬季为NH3-N、COD和SD;其中影响最大的是NH3-N。因此,控制库区周边生活污水和工业污水的过量排放对于维持阿哈水库生态系统的健康是非常重要的。The phytoplankton quantity and its environmental factors were investigated from January to October 2011 in Aha Reservoir.Based on the correlation analysis,the results showed that phytoplankton quantity was negatively correlated with SD(P0.01),but positively correlated with pH,DO and NH3-N(P0.01),it was not significantly correlated with other environmental factors.The result of grey analysis suggested that the phytoplankton quantity varied with the changes of environmental factors,and the factors which seriously influenced phytoplankton were different in seasonal variation,in spring,NH3-N,temperature and pH were the main factors;in summer,NH3-N,SD and DO were the main factors;in autumn,DO,pH and NH3-N were the main factors;in winter,NH3-N,COD and SD were the main factors;among them NH3-N produced the largest impact.Thus,to control the emission of domestic and industrial sewage is very important for maintaining the ecosystem healthiness of Aha Reservoir.
