摘 要:通过对安康3个县、区实地抽样调查,采用氢化物-原子荧光法对所采集的5种11株野生食用菌及其生境地土壤样品进行硒含量的测定和富硒能力分析。结果表明,安康地境内的11株野生食用菌硒含量为0.300 0~18.807 7 mg/kg,属富硒食用菌,其中以宁陕县的红牛肝菌(18.807 7 mg/kg)、美味牛肝菌(17.538 6 mg/kg)和汉滨区的美味牛肝菌(17.516 9 mg/kg)最高。另外,安康野生牛肝菌富硒能力最强,野生青头菇、鸡油菌富硒能力次之,而红菇、茶树菇富硒能力最弱。The content of Se (selenium) in 11 wild edible fungi classified as 5 genera and its habit soil from three counties in Ankang district were analyzed by hydride atomic fluorometry spectrometry. The selenium enrichment abilities of edible fungi were also detected. The results showed that their Se content was in the range of 0.300 0 mg/kg to 18.807 7 mg/kg, indicating that all the fungi were with high selenium content. The preceding selenium content in wild edible fungi were the red boletus (18.807 7 mg/kg) and delicacy boletus (17.538 6 mg/kg) from Ningshan county, and the delicacy boletus(17.516 9 mg/kg) in Hanbin region. Moreover, the ability of enriching Se of wild boletus from Ankang was the best, the wild blue mushroom and Cantharellus cibarius were better, but the red mushroom and the tea tree mushroom had almost no ability of enriching Se.
