摘 要:承认劳资矛盾、调节劳资关系、保护劳资利益的劳资两利思想,是毛泽东经济思想的奇葩。劳资两利思想的确立及其实践,为中国革命的胜利建立了不朽功勋。劳资两利的嬗变以及毛泽东在形势略微好转的情况下,匆忙放弃这一思想,也给我国社会主义建设留下了无法弥补的损失。劳资两利思想的嬗变给我们的启示:我们必须以党的中心任务确立与资本主义的关系,以经济发展水平确定劳资关系政策,以经济发展变化的实际调整劳资关系政策。The 'benefit both on labor and capital' thought of Mao Zedong to admit conflict between capital and labor,to regulate relationship between capital and labor and to protect the interests of the labor and capital is the flower of Mao's economic idea.The establishment and practice of the 'benefit both on labor and capital' thought contributed a lot to the victory of Chinese revolution.The change of benefits both on labor and capital and that Mao Zedong giving up this idea in slightly better situation cannot make up for the loss on China's socialist construction.Our enlightenment of the change of the 'benefit both on labor and capital' thought is that,we must decide the relationship with capitalism on the establishment of the main task of the Party,must decide the policy of the relationship between capital and labor with the level of economic development and regulate the policy according to the changing reality.
