高职生物制药技术校内生产性实训基地的支撑条件建设研究与实践

摘　　要：通过高职生物制药技术校内生产性实训基地的建设与运行,提出校内生产性实训基地在硬件条件上应该设施完善、设备先进。在软支撑方面,要有专兼结合、双师结构合理的师资团队、专门的技术支持和运行管理队伍;良好的运行管理制度,以及相应的国家职业技能鉴定所(站)以及长效的校企合作机制。Through the construction and operation of productive practice bases of bio-pharmaceutical technology on campus,the paper points out that the hardware system of the bases should include good facilities and advanced equipment while the software system should involve a teaching team consisting of both full-time and part-time teachers,as dual-quality teachers,a technical supporting team,an operation management team,and a sound operation management system.Moreover,a corresponding national qualification station for vocational skills and an effective mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation are also necessary.
