摘　　要：触发管是利用气体放电而实现各种不同应用目的的器件,这里介绍了触发管在高压开关电源保护电路中的应用。首先分析了触发管的结构及工作原理,然后介绍了两类基于触发管的高压开关电源保护电路,包括负载保护电路和电源自身保护电路。以行波管电源为例,分别分析了这两类保护电路的结构及工作原理。最后,通过实验验证了其保护功能。实验证明,触发管以其快速的反应能力,有效地解决了高压开关电源因反馈控制延时带来的过压保护问题。Trigger tube is a kind of gas discharge tube which is used widely.The applications of trigger tube in high voltage SMPS protection circuit are introduced.Firstly ,the physical structure and operating principle of trigger tube is analyzed.Then two kinds of SMPS protection circuits that based on trigger tube are introduced, including load protec- tion circuit and power supply protection circuit.Taking TWT power supply as an example ,the circuits structure and operation principle of the two protection circuits arc analyzed.At last, experiments are given to verify the protection function.Experiments display that trigger tube behaves the characteristic of quick-reaction capability,and is able to solve the protection problems for feedback delay in high voltage SMPS effectively.
