摘 要:对几种自然霉变的蓝湿革和硝皮中的霉菌进行了分离和纯化,并通过形态学观察对其进行了初步鉴定,得到了10种霉菌,主要为青霉,曲霉和木霉属。并研究了pH、盐浓度和水分含量等环境条件对典型的霉菌生长的影响。结果表明:大部分霉菌均在低盐,偏酸性及高湿性环境下生长速率最快,一些霉菌在生长过程中能产生较高酶活的蛋白酶,可能会导致皮革的损伤。Ten strains of fungi were separated and purified from several kinds of natural moldy wet-blue leather, and also were identified through its individual observation. These fungi mainly belonged to Penicillium, Aspergillus and Trichoderma. The influences of the environmental conditions, such as pHs, NaC1 concentrations and moisture contents, on the growth of these typical fungi were also investigated. The results showed that the majority of fungi grew fast in the low- salt, acidic environment with high humidity. Among them, several fungi would produce enzymes with rather high proteolytic activity during their growth, and it may be the reason to lead to the damage on leathers.
