摘 要:以聚乙二醇(PEG)和甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为主要原料,采用界面聚合法制得了改性纳米炭黑水性色浆。运用分光光度计、激光粒度仪、热重分析仪和动态热机械分析仪对改性纳米炭黑水性色浆及其聚氨酯复合膜进行了表征。结果表明:改性后的纳米炭黑粒子的分散稳定性增强,但随着PEG用量的增高,其分散性有所降低,但仍能满足工业应用需要;改性纳米炭黑水性色浆增强了复合膜的耐水性、耐低温性和耐热稳定性;改性时PEG用量与炭黑的质量比为3∶4时综合性能最优。A modified nano carbon black waterborne colorant paste (MCB) was prepared by interfacial polymerization method with toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and polyethylene glycol (PEG). A spectrophotometer, particle size analyzer, thermogravimetry analysis (TGA) and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) were utilized to characterize the colorant paste and their composite films with PU. The results showed that the MCB possessed good dispersion stability in water after modification, but their dispensability get worse with increasing the dosage of PEG. The composite PU films had improved water resistance and low temperature resistance and thermal stability when MCB was used, and further the optimal comprehensive performances were obtained when employed MCB was modified with m (PEG) :m (carbon black) ratio of 3: 4.
