血脂康联合水飞蓟宾对脂肪肝患者血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨血脂康联合水飞蓟宾对脂肪肝患者血脂的影响。方法:将我院208例脂肪肝患者随机分为血脂康对照组(106例)和血脂康联合水飞蓟宾治疗组(102例),治疗前后分别观察患者总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶、白蛋白-球蛋白比和总胆红素的变化。结果:治疗后,2组各项指标与治疗前比较均有显著改善(P<0.05),与血脂康对照组比较,血脂康联合水飞蓟宾治疗组的总胆固醇、甘油三酯等显著降低,高密度脂蛋白显著升高(P<0.05)。2组均未见严重不良反应发生。结论:血脂康联合水飞蓟宾对脂肪肝患者的血脂水平有明显的改善,且安全性良好。OBJECTIVE：To study the effect of xuezhikang combined with silibinin on serum lipids of fatty liver patients.METHODS：208 cases of fatty liver in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups：106 cases of xuezhikang control group and 102 cases of xuezhikang combined silibinin group.Total cholesterol,triglycerides,low density lipoprotein,high density lipoprotein,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,γ-glutamyl peptidase,albumin-globulin ratio and total bilirubin was tested before and after treatment.RESULTS：After treatment,both 2 groups in all parameters were significantly improved（P 0.05）.Compared with the xuezhikang control group,total cholesterol,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein protein,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,γ-glutamyl peptidase,albumin-globulin ratio and total bilirubin in treatment group were significantly lower high-density lipoprotein was significantly increased（P0.05）.There were no serious ADRs found in 2 groups.CONCLUSION：Xuezhikang combined with silibinin can improve fatty liver lipid levels significantly with good safety.
