摘　　要：本文报道了一例原发性骶骨骨囊肿病例的临床资料并结合文献进行复习。该例患者最终通过在术中对肿瘤组织取样,明确诊断为"原发性骶骨囊肿"。提示临床在原发性骶骨肿瘤的治疗中应充分利用各种方法明确诊断,进一步提高治疗效果。Objective In this paper, we reported a case of primary multiple bone cysts of sacrum and reviewed the relevant literature. This case was definitely diagnosed as primary multiple bone cysts of sacrum finally by the examination of the tumor sample resected during the operation. The result indicates that we should try every means to identify the disease in order to further improve the curative effect.
