摘　　要：对我公司某种车型前地板零件压料面设计进行了分析,阐述了此种压料面导致冲压零件的质量缺陷的原因,提出了目前有限元软件分析存在的不足,同时,阐述了遇到此类问题的模具改造办法。Analysis of pressure surface design of our company a front floor parts,elaborated the blank-holder surface leads to stamping parts quality flaw the reason,proposed the present finite element analysis software the inadequacy of existence,at the same time,elaborated such problem in mold transformation approach.
