摘　　要：培养复合型研究人才是高等教育发展的必然要求,也是高校本科教育培养拔尖创新人才的重要内容。文章介绍了华中师范大学在多年办学经验和教育积累的基础上,不断探索,逐渐形成了一套比较有效的复合型研究人才培养模式——交叉培养模式,并取得了较好的培养效果,交叉实验班的人才培养质量得到有效提高。Develop complex research and development talent development of higher education, Undergraduate education an important content of the top creative talents.
