摘 要:目的分析1h、2h血沉参数与肺部感染间的关系,探索血沉的临床应用价值。方法动态观察临床诊断肺部感染的患者治疗前后1h和2h两个时间段的血沉及动态曲线图形变化情况,与正常健康体检人群比较观察两者之间的差异。结果肺部感染的急性期血沉值1h、2h两个时间段内均明显高于正常对照人群,P﹤0.001;动态血沉曲线图形统计分析73%肺部感染为持续速降型,9%为后期速降型。与正常对照组相比,差异有统计学意义。结论血沉测定结合动态血沉曲线分析,可以指导临床更准确地对疾病的活动情况、预后进行判断及疗效监测,便于临床对患者病情及治疗反应做实时监控。2h血沉比1h血沉对疾病的病程发展及预后判断更有价值。OBJECTIVE To analysis the relationship between 1h and 2h ESR parameters and lung infection,and explore the clinical value of ESR.METHODS We dynamic observed the 1h and 2h ESR and the dynamic curve graph changes among patients diagnosed with pulmonary infection before and after treatment,and they were compared with normal healthy people.RESULTS 1h and 2h ESR values of acute lung infection were significantly higher than that of control group,P﹤0.001;Dynamic ESR curve graph showed 73% of lung infection was downhill type,and 9% was post-downhill type.Compared with the control group,there was a significant statistical difference.CONCLUSION ESR measurement with dynamic curve analysis could accurately predict the clinical activity of disease,prognosis and treatment effect,so that to timely response to the treatment of the patient's condition and make real-time monitoring.2h ESR is more valuable for predicting the progression of disease and prognosis than the 1h ESR.
