摘　　要：文章针对本科教学过程中存在的具有代表性的问题进行了深入思考,通过分析国内外高等教育改革发展的主要模式,探讨了当前我国高等教育问题产生的背景及缘由,并对改进本科教学提出了针对性、建设性建议。Teaching supervision is a crucial part of college teaching quality monitoring system; so the construction of supervision team must be the most important issue in its development. Basing on this point of view, this paper discusses some typical problem in college teaching supervision group and puts forward strategies and measures.
