亚洲国家和地区证券监管趋同对中国的启示

摘　　要：随着当代证券市场区域化、全球化趋势的加强,亚洲国家和地区证券市场监管趋同的趋势已见端倪。我国证券市场正处在"新兴加转轨"的特殊历史阶段,客观上要求我们必须时刻关注所在区域证券市场监管发展的最新趋势。通过梳理亚洲主要国家和地区证券监管改革的最新趋势,我们从当代中国证券监管面临的三个难题:监管理念定位、监管体制改革、监管方式创新入手,剖析这种趋势对中国证券监管的启示,以期对中国证券市场监管改革有所实益。As the regionalization and globalization of security markets being strengthened,the convergence of security market regulations in Asian countries and regions begins to take shape.China＇s security market is undergoing a special phase of emerging and transitioning,which makes it necessary for us to give close attention to the most recent trend of such regulations in the areas concerned.This paper attempts to sort out these trends,with a focus on the three main issues China is now facing in regulating its security market： the definition of security,the reform of regulation system,and innovative methods of regulation.The analysis of these trends sheds a light on the security market regulation for China.
