摘　　要：文章在介绍气象数据集特征的基础上,运用面向对象的方法对气象数据集元数据进行对象化,提出了包括元数据类、数据集标识信息类等10个元数据类和表示元数据元素域的代码表类的构建方法,并在元数据类的基础上运用本体的构建方法构建了元数据本体,最后利用元数据本体进行语义推理并对文章的工作进行总结。The paper introduces the characteristics of meteorological data sets, uses object-oriented approach to make the meteorological data set metadata object-oriented, proposes method of comtructing classes including metadata, data set identification information in 10 classes and code class presenting metadata element field, and uses ontology construction method to build ontology based on the metadata class. At last, paper use metadata ontology in semantic reasoning and summarizes the paper＇work.
