摘　　要：在分析捐款管理业务需求的基础上,结合管理信息系统开发的基本原理和方法,采用Sybase公司的PowerBuilder9.0技术设计开发了基于C/S结构的捐款管理信息系统,实现了捐款者和被捐款者的信息管理、信息查询以及捐款数额和捐款款项流向等基本功能。捐款管理平台依托校园网,实现捐款信息的集中管理、信息共享,使传统的捐款管理实现数字化、智能化、无纸化。In the analysis of Donatiom management business requirements, combination of the basic principles and methods of management information system, using Sybase＇s PowerBuilder 9.0 technology designed and developed the donations management information system based on C/S structure, to achieve the basic functions of the donor＇s information management, information queries, and donations money flows. Donation management platform rely on the campus network to achieve centralized management and information sharing, making the contributions management of traditional to digital intelligent, papedess.
