摘  要:目的建立三维度考核方法并对实施效果进行评价。方法 通过实施前后的对照研究,从工作量、均次费用及成本等3个方面进行全面评价。结果工作量增加(门急诊人次、出院人次、手术人次),成本得到节约,均次费用降低。结论建立量化三维度绩效考核方法,可以有效提高职工积极性,促进医院发展。Objective To establish the three -dimension inspection method and to assess its implementation effect. Method Through comparison between before and after the implementation, the effect of implementation was fully evaluated from three aspects : the hospital workload, expenses per time and cost. Result The work load increased ( number of patients in out - patients, number of discharged patients, surgery patients) , the cost was saved, and the expense was reduced. Conclusion The es- tablishment of quantification three - dimension performance evaluation method can enhance the staff enthusiasm effectively and promote the hospital development.
