摘　　要：高等职业教育是以"市场需求为导向"的教育,行业的需求就是市场的需求。因此,高等职业教育必须遵循以行业为主导的教育方针,才能确保高职教育的实用性和现实性。本文论述了如何将行业主导的理念落实在高职教育政策制定、教学管理、教师队伍建设与教学实施的各个环节之中,才能确保高职教育的实用性和现实性。Higher vocational education is based on ＂market demand＂ education. Industqr demand is market de- mand. Therefore, higher vocational education must be guided by industry - led education policy in order to ensure the practicality and reahty. This artidle discusses how to implement the concept of industry - led vocational education policy development, education management, the contingent of teachers and teaching into all aspects of implementa- tion, to ensure the availability of voc~,tional education and reality.
