摘　　要：莱钢宽厚板MES系统覆盖莱钢宽厚板生产线的炼钢、连铸、轧钢、精整所有的工序,是由炼钢MES和轧钢MES组成的综合性MES系统。本文介绍了IBM AIX操作系统的HACMP工作原理,通过分析莱钢宽厚板MES系统架构,介绍了HACMP在MES系统中的应用,最大限度保障了莱钢宽厚板MES系统的正常运行。Laiwu Steel heavy plate MES system covering production line ot heavy plate steel, continuous casting, rolling, finishing all of the processes is determined by the steel rolling MES MES and the composition of integrated MES system. This article describes the IBM AIX operating system, HACMP works, through the analy- sis of Laiwu Steel heavy plate MES system architecture, describes the HACMP application in the MES system and achieve the maximum degree of protection of the Laiwu Steel heavy plate MES systems up and running.
