胸苷酸磷化酶和基质金属蛋白酶Ⅱ在胃癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨胸苷磷酸化酶(TP)和基质金属蛋白酶Ⅱ(MMP-Ⅱ)在胃癌中表达的意义及其与肿瘤浸润转移的关系。方法通过检测20例正常胃黏膜、60例胃癌中TP、MMP-Ⅱ表达情况,分析TP、MMP-Ⅱ表达与胃癌临床病理学特征的关系。结果胃癌组织及淋巴结胃癌转移灶中TP与MMP-11的表达较正常组显著增高(P<0.05)。TP表达与胃癌患者的性别、年龄、分化程度无关。TP阳性表达与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、浸润深度、TNM分期较高有关,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05);MMP-Ⅱ的表达与胃癌患者的性别、年龄无关,与肿瘤大小、浸润深度、分化程度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TP表达阳性的胃癌中MMP-Ⅱ阳性率86.84%高于TP阴性组的50.00%。结论 TP与MMP-Ⅱ在胃癌中表达增高与胃癌进展的临床病理指标存在相关性;TP与MMP-Ⅱ的表达有关,推测TP可能通过MMP-Ⅱ促进胃癌的浸润转移,从而参与并影响了胃癌的进展。Objective To study the relationship between the expressions of TP,MMP-11 and invasion and metastasis in gastric cancer.Methods Through detecting the expression of TP and MMP-11 in 20 normal gastric tissues and 60 gastric carcinoma to discuss the relationship between their expressions and clincopathological characteristics.Results The expressions of TP and MMP-11 in gastric cancer and metastatic lymph node of gastric cancer were significantly higher than that in normal gastric tissues（P〈0.05）.The expressions of TP were not correlated with patients’age,sex and the degree of tumor differentiation.TP expression was associated with tumor size,lymph node metastasis,depth of invasion and TNM stage（P〈0.05）.Whereas the expressions of MMP-11 were not correlated with patients’age,sex expression.MMP-11 expression was associated with tumor size,depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis,the degree of tumor differentiation and TNM stage（P〈0.05）.The expression of MMP-11 in TP-positive gastric cancer tissues（86.84%） was higher than that in TP-negative tissues（50.00%）.Conclusion TP and MMP-11 expression in gastric cancer increased with the progress of the clinico-pathological parameters;Guess TP may promote invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer through MMP-11,which participate and influence the progress of gastric cancer.
