摘　　要：目的探讨职业治疗对慢性精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法将120例精神分裂症患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组进行常规药物治疗,观察组增加职业治疗训练项目,对其生活质量进行比较。结果观察组慢性精神分裂症患者生活质量明显高于对照组。结论职业治疗能最大程度地改善患者的社会适应能力,提高患者生活质量。Objective To discuss the effect of vocational treatment on life quality of chronic schizophrens.Methods Total of 120 cases chronic schizophrenes were selected and divided into two groups randomly,control group and observation group.The control group received conventional guidance before leaving hospital and the observation group received vocational treatment in addition.The life quality of the two groups was compared.Results The life quality of the observation group was better than that of control group.Conclusion Vocational treatment has a preferable instructional signification to improve the life quality of the chronic schizophrenes.
