摘　　要：目的探讨细胞增殖核抗原(PCNA)和核因子(NF)κBp65在胃癌组织中的表达及与患者的临床病理参数之间的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测58例胃癌组织及54例癌旁组织中PC-NA及NF-κBp65的表达情况,并针对在胃癌中的表达与临床病理参数间的关系进行统计学分析。结果 PCNA蛋白在胃癌中的阳性表达率为81.03%,与癌旁比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),PCNA蛋白表达与组织学分型、黏膜浸润的深度无关(P>0.05),与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。NF-κBp65蛋白在胃癌中的阳性表达率为75.86%,与癌旁比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),NF-κBp65蛋白表达与组织学分型、黏膜浸润的深度无关(P>0.05),与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论 PCNA和NF-κBp65在胃癌组织中的共同表达有助于判断胃癌恶性转化及临床病理过程,并分析其与胃癌临床病理参数的关系,为进一步深入研究胃癌侵袭转移的分子机制提供实验依据。Objective To study the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen（PCNA）and nuclear transcription factor NF-κBp65 in gastric carcinoma and the relationship between expression and clinical pathological parameters of the patients.Methods Expression of PCNA and NF-κBp65 were detected using immunohistochemistry assay.Statistical analysis was done according to the expression and clinical pathological parameters.Results The positive expression rates of PCNA and NF-κBp65 in gastric cancer were 81.03% and 75.86% respectively and there were significant differences compared with adjacent tissue（P0.05）.The expression of PCNA and NF-κBp65 were not correlated with histological type and mucosa infiltration depth（P0.05）,but correlated with lymph node metastasis（P0.05）.Conclusion The study of expression of PCNA and NF-κBp65 helped to determine gastric malignant transformation and clinical pathological process and analyze the relationship with clinicopathological parameters,which provided experimental basis for further study on the molecular mechanism of invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.
