摘 要:研究了黄孢原毛平革菌(PhanerochaeteChrysosporiumBurdsall)对大豆和稻草秸秆中木质素的降解条件及降解效果。结果显示:在各5.0g秸秆中,加入合成培养液12mL、菌悬液浓度8.6×106cfu/mL时,种子添加量为0.8mL、培养基pH4.5,降解10d,测得木质素降解率分别为大豆秸秆49.91%、稻草秸秆49.50%。利用SEM对发酵前后秸秆表观结构进行观察,得到黄孢原毛平革菌对大豆和稻草秸秆有明显的降解效果。经黄孢原毛平革菌降解10d的大豆和稻草秸秆表面空穴增多、增大,甚至相互连通,降解效果明显。The degradation law of soybean straw lignin and rice straw lignin by Phanerochaete chrysosporium was studied.The results showed that the amount of synthesis adding liquor was 12mL and quantity was 0.8mL in the two kind 5g straw powder,the quantity of inoculum which concentration of Phanerochaete Chrysosporium Burdsafl was 8.6 × 10^6cfu/mL,inoculation was 0.8mL,the medium of initial pH was 4.5,the degradation time was 10d.Then the degradation rates of the soybean straw lignin was 49.91% and the rice straw lignin was 49.50%, respectiely. By using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the apparent structure of straw before and after fermentation was observed.The results showed that the capacities of degrading soybean straw and rice straw by Phanerochaete Chrysosporium Burdsall was strong.The surface holes of soybean straw and rice straw increased in number and largen in volume and evensome linked together after degradation for 10d by Phanerochaete Chrysosporium BurdsalI.The degradation impaction was obvious.
