重症监护对上消化出血治疗结果的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨运用重症监护对上消化出血治疗的疗效。方法对2010年2月～2011年4月就诊的52例出现消化道出血症状的患者进行临床诊断和实验室检查,将患者分为2组,对照组(26例):实施上消化道出血常规治疗;重症监护组(26例):在常规治疗基础上实施重症监护治疗。并在治疗后进行止血疗效评定,统计存活率及并发症发生率。结果重症监护组的止血疗效存活率优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症监护对上消化道出血的治疗效果好。Objective To analyze the effects and outcome of ICU（intensive care unit ） on the patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods fifty-two patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding from 2010.4 to 2011.2 were divided randomly into 2 groups：the conventional treatment group（n=26） and the ICU group（n=26）.The patients in the conventional treatment group received routine hemostasis treatment,the patients in the nursing ICU group received ICU treatment.Results After the treatment,the effect of hemostasis and the rate of survive are better,and the incidence of complication are lower and there were statistically signigicant differences between the the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion ICU is a goog method for the treatment of the patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
