助产士核心能力培训效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨助产士核心能力培训的效果。方法根据专业护士核心能力建设指南,采用自评与他评的方式,给24名助产士评定层级,再根据不同层级要求制订培训内容和目标,在临床中采用自学、个案分享和一对一导师责任制的培训方式。结果助产士接受核心能力培训后,专业知识,急救技术,教学管理能力均大大提高,护理缺陷较前大大减少,患者满意度较前提高。结论实施核心能力培训,能有效提高助产士的专业技能和综合素质,提高患者满意度,对产科护理服务质量的提高起到积极促进作用。Objective To discuss the effect of training practice for core competencies of midwives.Methods With reference to guidelines for building up core competence of professional nurses,through assessment by oneself and others,24 midwives were rated,then according to different demands to work out the content and target of practice.The midwives were trained through self-study,sharing the cases and taught by tutors one-on-one.Results The midwives have significantly improved in professional knowledge,emergency techniques and teaching management capabilities,and less nursing defects,more patient satisfaction after the training of core competencies.Conclusion Training of core competencies of midwives contributes to the midwives improvement of professional skills,comprehensive quality.It also helps to improve patient’s satisfaction and quality of obstetric services.
