摘　　要：在全球金融危机的影响下,我国大学生就业问题成为人们关注的焦点之一。因此,解决大学生的就业问题,培养大学生的就业能力,是我国经济发展方式转变过程中有效利用高层次人力资源的战略问题。作为以人才培养为主要功能的高校,必须加强对这一课题的深入研究,以提升培养的大学生质量,适应社会需要。文中对大学生就业能力的含义及构成、大学毕业生就业现状及就业能力特点、大学生就业能力培养存在的主要问题等方面进行了分析,并从高校如何加强人才培养质量工作,提高大学生就业能力提出了对策建议。Under the influence of the global financial crisis,the problem of graduate employment becomes the focus of people attention in China.In this circumstance,how to solve the employment problems of graduates and how to develop their employability are strategic issues of effectively utilize the high-level human resources in the process of China＇s transformation of economic development.With a main purpose of training qualified personnel,universities should strengthen the studies in these fields to enhance the training quality and satisfy the needs of society.This article analyzed the meaning,composition and characteristics of graduate employability,the current status of graduate employment and the main problems in developing the employment ability of college students.In addition,this article provides suggestions about how to strengthen the personnel training quality and how to improve college students＇ employability.
