摘　　要：批评性话语分析旨在揭示话语、权力和意识形态之间的关系,其中Fairclough提出的批评性话语分析三维框架因简单易操作而在话语分析中被广泛引用。本文选取英美代表性媒体BBC和CNN对2011年日本大地震的两篇报道,运用Fairclough的"话语三维概念"模式,从文本、话语实践和社会实践三个维度相结合的角度对其进行分析,证实了批评性话语分析理论和Fairclough批评性话语分析三维框架在自然灾害类新闻报道分析中的可行性,这有助于进一步拓宽其应用范围,促进其发展和完善,同时也有助于增强读者的批评语言意识,从而客观地认识媒体舆论。Critical discourse analysis（CDA） aims to eventually reveal the relation between discourse,power and ideology;and among all the CDA frameworks,Fairclough＇s three-dimensional framework has been widely used due to its simple operation.With the application of Fairclough＇s three-dimensional framework for CDA,this paper makes an analysis of two news reports on Japan＇s earthquake in 2011 selected from BBC and CNN respectively,and verifies that Fairclough＇s CDA theory and framework are feasible in the critical analysis of natural disaster news,which contributes to its further application and development,as well as to increasing readers＇ critical language awareness,thus having an appropriate attitude towards the media.
