儿童肥胖与牙龈炎的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨6～14岁儿童肥胖与牙龈炎的相关性。方法选择6—14岁患有牙龈炎的儿童60例作为研究对象，根据是否有肥胖症分为肥胖组（30例）和对照组（30例）。对60例儿童进行龈沟出血指数（SBI）、菌斑指数的检测。通过酶联免疫吸附试验，测定其龈沟液样本内AST和碱性磷酸酶（ALP）的浓度。结果肥胖组儿童AST浓度明显高于对照组[（681±299）U／L比（586±126）U／L，t=2．94，P〈0．05]，组间差异有统计学意义，ALP浓度亦高于对照组[（817±272）U／L比（689±520）U／L，t=0．27，P〉0．05]，但差异无统计学意义。肥胖组儿童的菌斑指数和SBI与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义[分别为（1．73±0．69）比（1．70±0．79），t=0．224；（0．82±0．32）比（0．63±0．28），t=0．837，均P〉0．05]。AST与SBI、菌斑指数之间不存在相关性（r值分别为0．112、0．090，均P〉0．05），ALP与SBI、菌斑指数亦无相关性（r值分别为0．080、0．216，均P〉0．05）。结论在6—14岁儿童中，肥胖程度对牙龈炎症状况存在一定的影响，但未表现出明显的相关性。Objective To investigate the effect of obesity on child （aged from 6-14） gingivitis. Methods Sixty systematic healthy children with gingivitis were chosen. They were divided into two groups with thirty in obesity group and thirty in normal weight group. Sulcus bleeding index（SBI）and Plaque index （PLI） were checked. Aspartate aminotransferase （AST） and alkaline phosphatase （ALP） of sulcus fluid were detected using enzyme-linked immunoassay（ELISA）. Results The single factor analysis was taken. AST level of obesity group and normal group was statistically different [ （681 ± 299） U/L vs （586±126 ） U/L, t = 2.94, P 〈 0. 05 ]. However, the difference of ALP level was not statistically significant [ （ 817 ± 272） U/L vs （ 689 ±520） U/L, t = 0. 27, P 〉 0.05 ]. Comparing the obesity group with the normal group, PLI and SBI were not statistically significant （ t = 0. 224, P 〉 0. 05 ; t = 0. 837,P 〉0. 05）. There was no obvious correlation among SBI, PLI, AST and ALP（r = 0. 112, r = 0. 080, P 〉 0. 05 ;r =0. 090,0. 216, P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Among the children aged from 6 to 14, obesity can influence gum inflammation situation, but there are no significant correlations.
