摘  要:目的:本研究在前期实验数据统计分析的基础上,创新性地采用插值法尝试补充无效数据并验证其合理性。方法:用时间序列插值法,补充24h周期内在方药和光照双重因素影响下的小鼠血清褪黑素(melatonin,MT)分泌实验数据中的无效值,并运用双因素方差分析验证其合理性,在此基础上讨论光-MT生物信号转导周期网络(PNLMBT)运行的规律及影响因素。结论:利用3次样条插值法补充后数据与原始数据在整体趋势上大体保持一致,两组双因素方差分析验证了插值法有效。统计分析显示,光照和药物等外界因素对于小鼠体内MT浓度影响在一天不同的时间下不同,提示光照+药物的多重调谐作用需进一步统计分析来研究。Objective: This study use the interpolation method to supplement the invalid experimental data and validate its rationality based on statistical analysis in the early stage.Methods: time series interpolation method was used to supply invalid values of 24 hours circulating MT secretion influenced by TCM medicine and light double factors,and univariate to confirm its rationality.Based on the analysis to discuss the Period Network cycle of the Light-MT Biosignal Transduction.Conclusion: the supplemental data using cubic spline interpolation was in the overall trend generally consistent with original data,two sets of univariate verified the interpolation method.Statistical analysis shows,light and drugs and other external factors for mice melatonin concentration effects in a day under different time different,prompting light + drug multiple tuning effects need further statistical analysis to study.
