半夏厚朴汤化饮降逆治咳探讨

摘　　要：半夏厚朴汤出自《金匮要略》,一般被认为是治疗梅核气的专方,这严重制约了其在临床上的应用。方剂的适应范围应当依据方证来定。以方测证,半夏厚朴汤是以小半夏加茯苓汤为底方,加入解表行气的苏叶、降逆化痰的厚朴而成,故半夏厚朴汤适用于水饮上逆所致咳症的治疗。文章不仅从《伤寒论》、《金匮要略》、《温病条辨》等经典出发阐述了水饮致咳的理论源流,而且从方证分析、医案举例方面论述了临床可运用半夏厚朴汤利饮降逆来治疗水饮上逆所致咳嗽。Banxiahoupu Decoction come from Jin Gui Yao Lue,and it is generally considered specialy to cure the globus hysteriocus,which severely restricted its clinical application.The subject range of prescription should be based on the syndrome.Banxiahoupu Decoction is based on the Xiaobanxia and Fuling Decoction,added the Sue leaves to run the Qi,and add the Houpo to lower adverse qi and removephlegm,so Banxiahoupu Decoction could be made to cure the cough caused by fluid retention.This paper not only explained the theory of the fluid retention induced cough from the literatures as Shang Han Lun,Jin Gui Yao Lue,Wen Bing Tiao Bian,but also analyzed evidence from the medical records which proved the Banxiahoupu Decoction can cure the cough caused by fluid retention.
