摘  要:目的:研究咽部黏膜细胞中细胞间黏附分子-1(CD54)、血管细胞黏附分子-1(CD106)在小鼠流感病毒H1N1型FM1感染中的表达及其意义。方法:18~20g清洁级昆明小鼠40只,随机分为实验组和对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测和采用免疫组化技术检测咽部黏膜上CD54、CD106的表达。结果:ELISA检测实验组小鼠黏膜匀浆中CD54含量,免疫组化检测实验组小鼠黏膜细胞中CD54、CD106含量与对照组比较明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:CD54、CD106在小鼠流感病毒FM1感染中发挥了重要作用,有助于实验判断病毒感染的程度,对于治疗和预防病毒感染提供重要信息。Objective: To detect the CD54 and CD106 on the surface of pharyngeal mucosa in mice infected with influenza virus FM1.Methods: 40 Kunming mice of clean grade,weighed 18~20g,were divided into experimental group and control group.The expressions of CD54 and CD106 on the surface of pharyngeal mucosa were detected with ELISA and immunohistochemistry.Results: CD54 in the mucosal homogenate of the mice with ELISA detection was significantly higher than that in the control group(P0.01).CD54 and CD106 in the mice mucosal cell surface with immunohistochemical detection were significantly higher than the control group(P0.01).The increased content of CD54 and CD106 were positively related with lung index.Conclusion: CD54 and CD106 play an important role in the FM1 infection and help to determine the extent of viral infection,and provide important information for the treatment and prevention of viral infection.
