曲唑酮改善海洛因依赖患者性功能的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的:观察曲唑酮对海洛因依赖患者男性勃起障碍的治疗效果。方法:将60例性功能勃起障碍的男性美沙酮维持治疗门诊患者随机分成曲唑酮组(n=30)和安慰剂组(n=30),分别给予曲唑酮和安慰剂治疗12周,采用中国勃起功能指数问卷于治疗前及治疗后第2、4、8、12周末评定治疗效果。结果:两组受试者治疗后勃起功能指数评分均较治疗前明显上升(P<0.001),治疗后第4、8、12周末两组之间勃起功能指数评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:曲唑酮对海洛因依赖患者男性有一定治疗效果,可供临床应用。Objective： To observe the effect on treatment of male erectile dysfunction by trazodone in heroin-dependent patients. Methods： Sixty cases of erectile dysfunctional heroin-dependent male outpatients who took methadone for a？ long period of？ time？ were randomly divided into trazodone group （n = 30） and placebo group （n = 30）. They were treated for 12 weeks using trazodone or placebo, respectively. The effectiveness were assessed by Chinese Index of Erectile Function before treatment and 2 weeks after treat- ment, 4 weeks after treatment, 8 weeks after treatment and 12 weeks after treatment. Results： After treatment, both trazodone group and placebo group, the patients＇erectile function index scores were significantly increased. For the ＂Before treatment＂ and ＂2 weeks af- ter treatment＂, the result did not show significant difference between trazodone and placebo groups. For ＂after 4 weeks＂ , ＂after 8 weeks＂？ and ＂after 12 weeks＂, index of erectile function score difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Traz- odone has a therapeutic effect on male heroin-dependent patients.
