企业组织与工业可持续发展──以河南省为例

摘　　要：本文在阐明企业的性质和组织形态的基础上 ,以河南省为例 ,分析了企业组织在工业可持续发展中的作用、企业组织的演变与存在的问题 。Since the 1980s, sustainable development has become a new strategy of development for human society. As a important hierarchical organization to allocate productive factors and the substitute for Market mechanism, firm organization plays a critical and non-fungible role in the implementation of this new strategy, so it should become the core in the framework to study the issue of sustainable development. Taking an example of Henan province, this paper firstly investigates the natures and characteristics of industrial enterprises in the traditional planning system and their changes in the transitional system from the planned economy to modern market economy, then analyses the obstacles and problems of industrial firms to carry out the strategy of sustainable development. At last, some policy suggestions to improve the abilities of firm organizations on sustainable development and market competition are proposed.
