摘　　要：通过对黑龙江省高校图书馆特色数字资源建设进行调查,分析特色数字资源建设的现状,并针对存在的问题提出相应的建议。Through the investigation of characteristic digital resources construction of university libraries in Heilongjiang province,the article analyzes the status of characteristic digital resources construction and puts forward some countermeasures to the existing problems.
