摘  要:[目的]深入研究微波对烟叶组织结构的影响。[方法]采用扫描电子显微镜技术,比较不同功率微波处理后烟叶微观结构的细致变化。[结果]微波处理可以使烟叶内部组织结构发生有效的膨胀;当微波功率<0.6 W/g时烟叶膨胀率随微波功率的增加而增大,当微波功率>0.6 W/g时烟叶膨胀率趋于稳定;微波处理还对烟叶的导管纤维束等内部组织带来不同程度地破坏,从而影响烟叶的燃烧等化学性能。[结论]该研究为微波工艺在烟草应用中的工艺和加工条件优化等方面提供了参考。[Objective]The research aimed to study the effects of microwave on tobacco tissue and structure.[Method] Tobacco microstructure was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM) after tobacco was treated by microwave of different powers.[Result]Inner structure of tobacco was expanded effectively by microwave.Tobacco expansion rose as microwave power increasing while it was below 0.6 W/g.And tobacco expansion kept constant approximately while microwave power was above 0.6 W/g.Moreover,microwave could result in tobacco tissue and structure destroyed,such as fiber bundle in vessel to varying extents,and then combustion properties of tobacco were changed.[Conclusion] The research could provide the basis for the optimization of the technology and processing condition of microwave treatment in tobacco production.
