摘 要:目的了解解放军某部食堂蔬菜中重金属的污染状况。方法以微波消解系统处理蔬菜样品,采用原子荧光法检测铅、砷和汞的含量,并与国家标准对比。结果在44份样品中,铅检出率为86.4%,超标率为6.8%;砷检出率为84.1%,超标率为27.3%;汞检出率为79.5%,超标率为11.4%。结论解放军某部食堂蔬菜中铅、汞污染程度较轻,砷污染程度较重。[Objective]To understand the heavy metal pollution in vegetables of a PLA unit canteen. [Methods]The vegetables were treated by micro-wave,the metal content of As,Pb and Hg were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry,the results were contrasted with national hygiene standard. [Results]Of total 44 samples,the detection rate of Pb was 86.36%,the excessive standard rate was 6.8%;those of As and Hg were 84.09% and 27.27%,79.55% and 11.36%,respectively. [Conclusion]Lead,mercury pollution levels are light in vegetables of the PLA unit canteen,while the arsenic pollution level is serious.
