摘　　要：目的探讨眼科专用B型超声检查在以眼附属器损伤为主的眼外伤患者术前检查的指导价值。方法采用重庆康华公司APS2000型眼科A/B超声诊断仪,对105例以眼附属器损伤为主的眼外伤患者术前超声诊断结果进行分析。结果在105例以眼睑等附属器外伤为主的患者中,眼科常规检查不能完整准确的进行的情况下,B超检查协助诊断,效率为85.29%。结论通过术前超声检查不仅能发现常规检查不能发现的病变,同时为手术提供重要参考,特别是眼球探查术,缩小探查范围,缩小手术带来的二次损伤。B超检查对疾病的诊断及手术方案的拟定都具有重要意义,在眼外伤的诊断及部分探查手术中具有重要参考价值。Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of B-scan ultrasonography in the ocular trauma especially in appendages of the eye injury.Methods Eye B-scan ultrasonography apparatus（APS2000 kanghua company CHongQi）was used to review and analyze 105csses of eye injury from January 2010 to December 2012.Results Eye B-scan ultrasonography in the ocular trauma especially in appendages of the eye injury is very useful,not noly offer lot of useful information but also reduce iatrogenic injury when operation was gaven.Conclusion B-scan ultrasonography were used In the 105csses of ocular trauma especially in appendages of the eye injury when general eye examine were hard to finish.And the diagnosis accuracy rate of B-scan ultrasonography were 85.29%.
